What is Ready, Set, Move?

Ready, Set, Move is a physical challenge held over the 30 days in November, all to raise funds to help kids and adults living with a disability to experience freedom of movement through cycling. Whatever your fitness levels and wherever you are you can take part. Choose you activity from walking, running, wheeling, cycling, skating, swimming, golfing, completing squats or push ups. You know your fitness levels best so you can choose your challenge to complete over the 30 days.

Who can register for Ready, Set, Move?

Anyone can take part. The great thing is, whatever your fitness levels or wherever you are you can choose the challenge that’s right for you.

Can I take part as a team?

Yes, you can take part as a team. When you are registering you can create your own team or join an existing team. Take part with friends, family or your work colleagues. Please note you can only be a member of one team.

Can I take part as an individual?

Absolutely when registering sign up as an individual and you’re ready to go! Don’t forget to nominate your friend!

How do I know what challenge to choose?

You know your fitness levels better than anyone so chose a challenge that’s right for you or set your own! You can always adjust your challenge on your dashboard. Best of luck!

What is Freedom Wheels?

Freedom Wheels are custom bikes for kids and adults living with a disability who cannot ride a standard bike. Freedom Wheels are designed and built suited to the physical and cognitive needs of the individual so they too can benefit from physical activity, emotional wellbeing, social inclusion, and community engagement. How do I track my KM’s?

How do I fundraise?

When registering for the event you can also set up a fundraising target. The best way to fundraise is to ask your friends, family and colleagues to support you by sharing your profile on social media and asking for their support. Check out more ideas here

How do I share my profile on social media?

Click on the social media icons on your dashboard or copy and paste the link on your dashboard into your social media accounts. Have fun!
