I'm taking part in the Ready, Set, Move challenge and raising funds so kids and adults living with a disability can experience freedom of movement through cycling.

If you followed my journey last year, you'll remember me smashing my goal of 600,000 steps in the month of November, finishing the month with a total of 906,180 steps under my belt!.

Now, I don't think I could possibly top that. So instead of continuing with something I know I'm good at, I'm pivoting to a challenge I'm really, really bad at: pushups. I'm not sure if I've ever successfully done a pushup in my life. My upper body strength is practically nonexistent.

I'll be taking on a 30-day beginner pushup challenge. It has rest days, and other activities that aren't pushups. Hopefully, this challenge will give me the motivation to strengthen my noodle-arms into something a bit stronger - and all for a great cause.
